cutting ceremony, Thursday, January 24, 2008, to celebrate the grand opening of its

City officials, La Quinta Chamber of Commerce's President and CEO, Evelyn Butler,
chamber members, and other invited guests will attend the ceremony at 43576
Washington Street, in La Quinta (just north of Fred Waring). The ceremony will begin
at 12:00 noon and will be followed by a reception with refreshments. The public and
media are invited to attend.

The two-story Santa Barbara-style La Quinta Business Centre is a rare Class "A"
environment, according to Thom Gottberg of CB Richard Ellis, one of the center's
leasing and marketing agents. "Designed by award-winning architects Ware Malcomb of
Irvine, La Quinta Business Centre helps to satisfy the growing demand for 'mini
suites' and high-end office suites in this central-valley location," said Gottberg.

Mini suites start at only $745 per month including utilities. Office suites range in
size from 1,151 square feet to 14,000 square feet. Gottberg notes that the Landlord
